  1. Go to the Settings section of Status Calendar in Slack.
  2. Click the button to connect your Google account
  3. Select the Google account you want to use.

  1. Start by connecting your Google Calendar account in the Settings section of Status Calendar in Slack.
  2. Make sure you have events in Google Calendar during the time you want your status to change
  3. In your preferences for Status during events, make sure that you have Automatically update status set to On.

  1. Go to the Settings section of Status Calendar in Slack.
  2. Under Status during events, edit your preferences and select the emoji, message and notifications settings you want to use in your status during calendar events.

  1. Go to the Settings section of Status Calendar in Slack.
  2. Under Status during events, set Automatically update status to Off
  3. When you want your updates to be automatic again, simply turn it back to On
